Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount (in either travel credit or cash back) according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the Final Payment Due Date will be subject to at least a $25 per person change fee -- this includes but is not limited to new reservations or additions of new travelers or an extension of nights. Any added nights or travelers to a booking must be paid for in full upfront before the request is confirmed.

Kindly note, your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit payment is processed, we will then send you an e-mail with your invoice and booking information. ROOM BLOCK DETAILS
Experience an incredible getaway at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa, complete with mesmerizing ocean views, gourmet room service and activities for every age, interest or passion. Guests can visit the on-site water sports center for snorkeling, diving, kayaking and more. Dreams Tulum guests also receive complimentary greens fees at the nearby Riviera Maya Golf Club. The Mayan-themed Explorer’s Club for Kids offers supervised fun for ages 3 – 12 with a Water Park playground, including 6 waterslides, 2 buckets and an outdoor wet play area. For ages 13 – 17, there’s the Core Zone Teens club with video games and more.

There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible.

Trip Insurance (Prices Below): We highly recommend adding travel protection insurance to your reservation, especially during these uncertain times with the pandemic. Travel insurance provides you with a safety net that protects any monies paid should you need to cancel your travels for any reason, but it also provides you with other important benefits like medical insurance, lost or late luggage coverage, etc.  

Please note any reservation made without insurance is non-refundable and any changes are subject to modification fees.

During the ongoing pandemic, we strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into -- resort is located 90 minutes south of the Airport.

All flights should arrive and depart from CUN Airport. When you book your room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from Dreams Tulum are included. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa, an all-inclusive resort about 90 minutes from CUN Airport. Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. She can also book your roundtrip flights if need be. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Dreams, you will be required to pay a per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
